We are no longer accepting vendor applications for this year’s Welland Floatfest.
Thank you to everyone who applied to join the Welland Floatfest team! We look forward to having our incredible lineup of vendors serve up delicious food and showcase their talent and products at this year’s festival.
Welland Floatfest is an incredibly exciting milestone for the City of Welland. It brings our community together to enjoy the Welland Recreational Waterway through family, friends, food, and floating.

Other Important Information For Vendors
Vendor Set up Time begins at 8:00am to be completed by 10:00am
Vendor parking is on site – You will be assigned a parking spot the day of the event and are allowed 1 car only.
Vendors are responsible for their own hydro generator. The site does not offer any hydro. This applies to both Food Vendors and Retail Vendors.
Potable Water for Food Vendors will be able to be purchased on site or you can supply your own. The site does not have water facilities. This applies to Food Vendors ONLY

If paying by Cheque please make it payable to Welland Floatfest and a receipt will be issued upon payment in full.
